Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Acceptance

Orders received online or received electronically or through other forms of order receipt confirmation does not automatically signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Grace Cosmetics Industries Inc. (GCI), reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All products are offered for sale subject to available stock. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute. If you do not accept a substitute item and your credit card has been charged for an item that is out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged.

Prices, Shipping and Handling Charges

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email or notice on our Online Cart Store to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and is shipped out, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

Our shipment coverage is within Philippines only. We have designated Courier Services in specified locations. Please provide a complete preferred shipment address within Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

The shipment charges are immediately indicated on our online carts. Free delivery is applicable for purchase certain Starter Kits and for worth Php 30,000.00 and above. To find out the shipping charges that apply to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed accordingly to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment.

We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 3 business days from the purchase date. Most orders should arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch depending on the destination. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive either by emailing custserv@graceindustries.com.ph or calling our hotline at +63 919-914- 9899. Once we learn that an order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are discovered.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

GCI assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage of products resulting from late delivery or non delivery, nor is the company liable for delays in delivery and/or performance due to product unavailability, carrier delays, extreme weather condition, flood, fire, or other conditions which are beyond our control.

Compliance with Return, Refund & Cancellation Policies

The disclaimer and limitations of liability as to products sold do not entitle you to cancel order. If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, you may return it and we may send replacement of the goods at our discretion depending on the cause of damage if you notify us within 7 days from the delivery date.  We may ask you to provide proof of the damage as a condition of replacement.
